Canada’s largest telecom company BCE Inc, the parent company of Bell Canada, has agreed to purchase its biggest content provider, Astral Media.
The transaction will bring together television and radio stations from around the country and unite the Montreal-based brands, establishing their place as Quebec’s media leader.
