“Friday we broke records when it comes to our wine and beer and attendance,” Jason Syvixay of Downtown BIZ said. “When you value local commodities and local businesses it only helps to turn over new businesses.”

More than 10,000 Manitobans and 500 dancers from around the world  took part in an international Pow Wow at the MTS Centre.

The Manito Ahbee festival highlighted Indigenous culture and heritage with traditional attire and educational talks available to the public.
