CALGARY – A man who was on the lam from an Alberta jail for nearly five months is back in custody.
Sylvain Martin escaped from the Bowden Institution on April 16.

He had been serving a 10-year sentence for fraud, obstruction and forgery.
Correctional Service Canada says Martin was apprehended in Drummondville, Que., on Wednesday night.
