This baby just can’t stand the end. Literally.
A video compilation posted on YouTube Monday shows a baby boy crumble into tears every time his parents reach the end of a book.
Already reaching over 41,000 views, the video description calls him “the saddest bookworm,” who “knows no greater sadness than the end of a book.”

The unnamed mother and son read through the classic children’s book I Am a Bunny by Ole Risom and Richard Scarry. Every time she reaches the end, the boy reacts dramatically as if it really is the end of the world.
Reading Goodnight Moon with dad elicits a similar reaction.
The only solution the little bookworm seems to accept is to continue reading.
