The Manitoba Integrated Organized Crime Task Force, which comprises both Winnipeg Police Service and RCMP officers, made the arrests as a result of the five-month-long Project Diverge investigation.

In addition to the cocaine, they found about $70,000 cash, cocaine cutting agent and a prohibited magazine clip for a firearm.

Matthew Manalang is also accused of possessing the proceeds of crime and possessing a prohibited device or ammunition while knowing it’s prohibited; Relleve also faces the same weapons possession charge.
