HALIFAX — Rick Clarke, the president of the Nova Scotia Federation of Labour has announced he will be retiring this fall.
Clarke was first elected as president in 1989.
He was eligible to retire in 2013 but chose to stay on as a labour activist. Clarke will remain in his current role until October.
