Man charged with attempted murder in shooting inside Toronto building

TORONTO – Police say a man has been charged with attempted murder and another is being sought in a shooting at an east-end Toronto building.

Investigators say two men drove up to a building (on Boultbee Avenue) on July 20, ran inside and shot a man who was standing in the vestibule with a woman.

Police say one of the men, 22-year-old Jessy Kabanga-Muanza, has since been arrested.

He is also charged with several weapons offences.

The second man is still on the loose.
