Police and fire crews are investigating a possible gas leak following an early morning house fire in Abbotsford.
Crews arrived at the home at Kildare and Kipling Streets around 3 a.m. and found the back porch area engulfed in flames.

Witnesses said they heard a blast and there was a strong smell of gas in the air.
It is currently unclear if anyone was home at the time of the fire.
Abbotsford police and fire services are investigating the cause of the fire.
