TORONTO – A man and woman are facing 17 charges after a loaded handgun, drugs and a bulletproof vest were seized at a Toronto home.
The charges against Akeem Bailey and Audrianna Ivy, both 22, include unauthorized possession of a firearm and careless storage of ammunition.
Bailey is also facing charges of possession of marijuana and possession of proceeds of crime.
Police say they found drugs, drug paraphernalia, a loaded 9mm handgun, ammunition and a bulletproof vest after executing a search warrant.
Both accused were to appear in court Monday.
