EDMONTON – Police in Edmonton have been cleared of any wrongdoing in the May 2014 fatal shooting of a man who was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
The Alberta Serious Incident Response Team says the use of force by officers who were pursuing the man was reasonable and justified.
David Sandaker, who was 24, was wanted for murder when he was spotted on a footpath in the city’s southwest in May 2014.
