HALIFAX —
It’s not unusual to see visitors touring HMCS Sackville during the summer months, but today there was a very special visitor aboard the Second World War Corvette, which serves as Canada’s naval memorial.
Keith Graham came all the way from Saskatchewan to visit the Sackville with some fellow legion members.
It wasn’t Graham’s first time aboard the ship, in fact, he served on the Sackville 71-years-old.
Graham told Global News touring the ship brought back memories of him being “young and crazy.”
