Saskatchewan man dies after truck crashes into rock pile

OUTLOOK, Sask. – A 42-year-old man is dead after the truck he was driving collided with rock pile south of Dinsmore, Sask. The single vehicle collision was reported to RCMP on Thursday.

Investigators say a truck skidded through a gravel intersection and went down an embankment before colliding with the rocks.

The lone occupant, from the rural municipality of King George, was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

Paramedics, firefighters and STARS air ambulance attended the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
