COTE ST-LUC – Today is Jerusalem day. It is a national holiday in Israel that marks the reunification of Jerusalem after the Six-Day War of 1967.

For the first time, B’nai Brith and the City of Cote St-Luc collaborated to mark the occasion in Pierre Elliot Trudeau Park.

The event certainly was festive in nature.

It included hot dogs, cotton candy, popcorn, music and even bouncy castles for families to enjoy under the bright sunshine.

Harvey Levine,  the Quebec executive director of B’nai Brith Canada, was pleased with the turnout.
