Fourth person now facing murder charges in Reno Lee homicide

REGINA – Regina Police have now charged a fourth man with First Degree Murder in the Reno Lee homicide.

Earlier in the week, police originally charged 30-year-old John Earl Desjarlais with Aggravated Assault and Forcible Confinement, but Friday upgraded his charges to include First Degree Murder.

The body of 34-year-old Reno Lee was found near the town of Balcarres just east of Regina.

Police haven’t released any details on how they believe Lee was killed.

Four people – 30-year-old Bronson Chad Gordon, 31-year-old Daniel Thoedore, 21-year-old Andrew Michael Bellegarde, and Desjarlais – have all been charged with First Degree Murder.

Police also previously charged 29-year-old Joni Victoria Reed with Accessory after the fact of Murder.
