TORONTO – Police are investigating after a man was struck by a CP rail train in the city’s west end.
The incident happened just after 10:30 p.m. Sunday night on the tracks at Osler St. not far from Dupont and Dundas St. W.

When crews arrived, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are still in the area investigating. It’s still unclear what the victim was doing on the tracks.
