The site says the duplex has three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms along with “stunning ocean and mountain views.”

The Kitsilano home is about a block away from a much-discussed bike lane that has long been associated with the mayor’s tenure. Robertson recused himself from voting on the bike lane in 2013 “out an abundance of caution.”

When they purchased the home, the Robertsons said they were “downsizing” after their children graduated high school. The couple split last year and the mayor has been living in a downtown Vancouver condo.
