11 displaced by apartment fire in New Glasgow

NEW GLASGOW, N.S. – A fire has damaged a nine-unit townhouse complex in Nova Scotia.

The Canadian Red Cross says the blaze in New Glasgow broke out around 6 p-m yesterday.

One unit is extensively damaged and two others have smoke and water damage.

The Red Cross says at least 11 tenants have been displaced by the fire.

No one was injured.
