Alberta Election 2015: NDP’s Robyn Luff wins Calgary-East

Moe Amery’s 22-year run as a PC MLA is coming to an end.

NDP candidate Robyn Luff has been declared elected in Calgary-East.

The Calgary-East riding covers the central northeast portion of Calgary. Amery held this multicultural northeast riding since it was created from the old ridings of Calgary-Forest Lawn and Calgary-Milligan in 1993. A win this election would have given Amery seven straight terms in office.
