HALIFAX – The case of two Nova Scotia men who pleaded guilty to second-degree murder after they set a homeless man on fire is back in court today.

A sentencing hearing will be held for 27-year-old Daniel Wayne Surette and 26-year-old Kyle David James Fredericks.

Harley Lawrence was asleep in a bus shelter in Berwick when he was killed on October 23rd, 2013.
