HALIFAX- Police are on scene at the 200 block of Regency Park Drive to investigate a weapons complaint.
Police responded to the call shortly before 12 a.m. Thursday. A man was believed to be in the residence with firearms.

With the assistance of the Emergency Response Team, police took a 69-year-old man into custody.
The scene is currently being held by officers until a search warrant has been executed.
The man remains in police custody and charges are anticipated.
