TORONTO — Comedian Chris Rock is sharing his encounters with law enforcement on social media.
On Tuesday, the 50-year-old star posted the latest photo of himself behind the wheel with the blue light of a police vehicle behind him.
“Stopped by the cops again,” he captioned the photo on Instagram and Twitter. “Wish me luck.”
A month ago, Rock posted a similar photo — but this time he was sitting in the front passenger seat of a car.
“I’m not even driving stop by the cops again,” he wrote in the Feb. 27 post.
That followed a Feb. 13 Instagram photo showing Rock behind the wheel and a police cruiser outside the back window. “Just got pulled over by the cops wish me luck,” he wrote.
Rock also posted a selfie last April after being pulled over by police.

Rock hasn’t shared any information about the outcome of those traffic stops so it’s unclear why he was pulled over, but the posts have prompted comments about the realities many black drivers say they face.
On Wednesday, actor Isaiah Washington, who is also black, sparked a firestorm when he tweeted advice for Rock.
Washington was criticised for seemingly suggesting that black drivers need to adapt to racial profiling.
Appearing later on CNN, Washington was asked what Rock should do.
“He has to take a stand … and find out why he’s being pulled over.”
