REGINA – The Regina police service is issuing a public warning about a violent sex offender being released in the community.
Bradley Joseph Cournoyer is now living in Regina and is considered a high risk to re-offend.
Cournoyer is in the heritage neighbourhood at a residence that provides supervision.
Police say the 42-year-old has a history of committing sexual offences against both male and female children between the ages of infancy and 12-year-old.
Cournoyer is bound by several conditions and one of them is he must not attend any places where children under the age of 18-year-old would be.
Police are also warning the public not to take any forms of vigilantism against him.
