OXFORD, N.S. — A 34-year-old man who police allege is tied to a Mexican street gang has been arrested in Nova Scotia and is facing charges of breaching bail conditions in Alberta.
RCMP Sgt. Al LeBlanc says Peter Alan Griffon was apprehended Friday in Oxford, Nova Scotia, in response to 13 outstanding warrants for breach of recognizance.
Griffon was arrested in December on charges of drug trafficking, possession of a loaded prohibited firearm, careless use of a firearm and possession of body armour.
