WINNIPEG — Five students were taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries after the school bus they were on collided with a parked semi in northern Manitoba.

Poor visibility caused by the rising sun was behind yesterday morning’s accident on the Berens River First Nation, RCMP said.

The students, who range in age from nine to 14, were treated and released to their families.

The bus driver was not hurt.
