CALGARY – A section of road in the city’s northwest was temporarily closed on Monday due to icy conditions.
The Calgary Fire Department closed Tuscany Hill N.W. at Tuscany Estates Drive N.W. just before 8 a.m. after a multi-vehicle crash.

City of Calgary road crews rushed to the site to sand and salt the road.
It was opened shortly before 9 a.m.
