Where’s the bus? New real-time tracking tool allows Saskatoon Transit riders to see where their bus is.

SASKATOON – If you’re wondering how much longer you have to wait for your bus, wonder no more. Saskatoon Transit launched its website today complete with real-time tracking of buses.

Buses are tracked with internet-enable GPS units. Along with real-time tracking, transit officials say their new website allows for enhanced trip planning tools and improved service alert information.

The developers also made the site mobile friendly.

“Our customers have told us that mobile devices are the preferred technology when connecting to information about our services, especially when accessing real-time information,” said McKee.
