A Saskatoon house receives a quarter-million dollars worth of damages after a garage fire on Friday evening.
Crews arrived to find heavy smoke and flames coming from the garage at 215 Alm Crescent at approximately 7:45 p.m.

Firefighters were able to keep the fire contained in the garage until it was extinguished.
Occupants of the residence had evacuated safely without injury.
Damage to the garage and two vehicles is estimated at approximately $250-thousand dollars.
Fire investigators continue to look for the cause of the fire.
