Tim Hortons co-founder and son sued over alleged sexual assault on yacht

TORONTO – A Toronto woman is suing the billionaire co-founder of Tim Hortons and his son for an alleged sex attack last year.

Elizabeth Kelly claims Steven Joyce assaulted her aboard a luxury yacht owned by his father, Ron Joyce.

The alleged incident is said to have occurred in Florida.

The unproven claim seeks 5.7 million dollars.

The Joyces have yet to file a statement of defence.

However, they have told media Kelly’s claims are without merit.
