Chilly Valentines Day in Manitoba

WINNIPEG – Many Manitobans will spend their Valentines Day indoors Saturday with freezing temperatures across the province.

Winnipeggers woke up to -29C Saturday morning, which felt like -41 with the wind chill.

Environment Canada issued extreme cold warnings for the southern part of the province early Saturday but they have now ended.

Light snow is expected Saturday night and the temperature is supposed to stay near -25C, feeling like -37 with the wind chill.
