Kelowna Rockets won’t bow down to Victoria Royals

KELOWNA–Michael Herringer made 22 saves for the Rockets, as they beat the visiting Victoria Royals 7-3.

It was his second start in the Kelowna net, replacing the team’s number one goalie Jackson Whistle, who’s recovering from surgery.

Cole Linaker and Cole Martin each had a pair of goals in the victory.  Rodney Southam, Gage Quinney and Riley Stadel also found the Royals net.

The Rockets remain first overall in the WHL.
