EDMONTON – Maintenance work is planned on the LRT system beginning the night of November 25th and will run intermittently through the weekend.
The system upgrades will cause the LRT to use only one track between Central and University stations which will cause some delay.

The work is being done late at night when the line is less busy. It starts at 9:30 Friday night until end of service. Delays will continue at the start of service Saturday until 6 am. It will resume at 7 that night until the end of service. On Sunday delays will be in effect throughout the day until 9 pm.
In a release from the city, the work is being done to upgrade the power and signal systems.
