In New Brunswick, forecasters say 15 to 30 centimetres of snow is expected for most of the province, while P-E-I is forecast to get 15 to 25 centimetres.

A major storm is pushing across the U-S and is forecast to hammer an area from Washington, D-C to Maine today — with some areas getting more than a metre of snow.

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio says it could be the worst blizzard his city has ever seen — and people appear to be taking him at his word.
