Saskatchewan Government Insurance says 25 per cent of collisions in Saskatchewan last year were caused by distracted drivers, which includes drivers using portable electronics while behind the wheel. 

S-G-I says distracted driving contributed to 85-hundred collisions in 2010, which killed 60 people and injured more than two thousand.
