WINNIPEG – Hillary Clinton, the former U.S. secretary of state and wife of former U.S. president Bill Clinton, spoke in Winnipeg on Wednesday.
Clinton spoke at a Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce luncheon as part of the Global Perspectives speaking series.

Clinton, who hasn’t ruled out a second stab at the U.S. presidency, unsuccessfully ran for the Democratic nomination against Obama in 2008. She was appointed secretary of state following his election.
