HALIFAX – After a three-week trip around the world with a complete stranger, Elizabeth Gallagher says she’s glad to be back home.
Gallagher went on the trip with Jordan Axani, who decided to offer his companion ticket to anybody who shared her name after his girlfriend — also named Elizabeth Gallagher — broke up with him.

Despite plenty of speculation, the Cole Harbour native said there were no romantic sparks between her and Axani.
“We sort of travelled like a brother [and] sister thing,” she said.
