RCMP uncovered a synthetic drug lab while investigating a break and enter in Richmond on Sunday.
Mounties arrived on the scene of a break and enter at 14291 Triangle Road on on Jan. 11 at about 12:30 p.m. and found two suspects loading items into a waiting vehicle. After their red 2014 Hyundai Tucson SUV was incapacitated, the pair allegedly fled on foot.
After getting a search warrant and entering the property, RCMP found equipment, solvents and corrosive liquids used in the production of synthetic drugs.
The house was not occupied, no arrests have been made and the investigation is on-going.
Police are asking anyone with information about this incident to contact Richmond RCMP.
