An electrical problem at the Waterfront Station at 5:35 a.m. impacted trains travelling in both directions between Stadium and Waterfront. A trains ran between the two stations.
There were also reports of delays on other parts of the Expo and Millennium lines due to the Waterfront issue. Service was restored at 8:14 a.m.
