WATCH ABOVE: Traffic continues to move slowly after a truck hauling garbage rolled over Monday morning.
TORONTO – The Highway 400 southbound ramp to Highway 401 westbound has reopened after an early morning truck rollover.
Ontario Provincial Police say the incident occurred around 9 a.m. and closed the ramp for several hours, not reopening shortly after 4 p.m..
