WINNIPEG — One of the city’s key bridges was shut down during the morning commute.
At around 6 a.m. Wednesday morning two cars collided on the Louise Bridge over the Red River.

Two women were sent to hospital in stable condition.
Traffic was rerouted around the bridge for a few hours after the crash and has since been reopened.
It isn’t known if weather, speed or road conditions were factors in the crash.
