Traffic investigators have shut down Madigan Drive in the northeast neighborhood of Marlborough Park.
Three vehicles collided and ended up on lawns. One person may not survive.
The other injuries are less serious.
It is unclear exactly how the crash happened and if alcohol may be involved.
