Overtime win for Brandon Wheat Kings against Saskatoon Blades

Watch above: The Saskatoon Blades hosted the Brandon Wheat Kings Friday at the SaskTel Centre. This is the second time this week the teams took the game into overtime.

SASKATOON – Tim McGauley scored his second of the game 37 seconds into overtime and added an assist as the Brandon Wheat Kings edged the Saskatoon Blades 4-3. Ryan Pilon and Eric Roy also chipped in for the Wheat Kings (20-5-2).

Jayce Hawryluk added three assists for Brandon, which has picked up at least a point in its last four games.

Ryan Graham struck twice for Saskatoon (7-17-2) with Alex Forsberg adding the other.

The Blades head to Moose Jaw to take on the Warriors Saturday.
