WINNIPEG – Addresses in south Winnipeg are the next on the list to lose door to door mail delivery.

Homes within postal codes R2N and R2M will be the next to make the switch from door-to-door delivery to community mailboxes, Canada Post announced Thursday.

The changeover is expected to be completed by Fall 2015 and will effect 14 489 homes in the St. Vital area. This will include the neighbourhoods Glenwood, Norberry, Meadowood and stretching to River Park South, Dakota Crossing and areas south of the Perimeter Highway.
