WINNIPEG: Winnipeg police have laid new charges against a former Winnipeg radio announcer.
Christopher Clarke Elwick has been charged with sexual assault, possession of child pornography and 12 counts of making child pornography.

The 32-year-old was originally arrested back in September on similar charges. Police say since then additional victims have been identified, along with a ‘forensic examination’ items seized from the accused.
Elwick as been remanded into custody.
