Enpar signs deal with Saudi firm to sell water treatment systems in Middle East

GUELPH, Ont. – Enpar Technologies Inc. (TSXV:ENP) has signed a deal with Saudi Arabian company Miahona to sell the Canadian company’s water treatment systems in the Middle East.

Financial terms of the agreement were not immediately available.

Under the memorandum of understanding, Miahona will identify specific applications and locations for Enpar systems.

Miahona, which develops, owns and operates waste water treatment plants, is a subsidiary of the Arabian Company for Water and Power Development Ltd.

Enpar has patented and proprietary technologies for the treatment of waste water and desalination.
