WINNIPEG – Manitobans will elect new municipal leaders Wednesday as voters across the province head to the ballot boxes.

Polls open at 8 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. in all municipalities with contested elections, although some communities have elected leaders by acclamation.

School board elections are taking place at the same time as municipal elections

Winnipeg voters can find their polling stations on the city website. The website also includes the names of candidates for mayor, council and school trustee.
