VANCOUVER – Remember the naked Satan statue that suddenly popped up along Grandview Highway near Clark Drive?

Well it was removed by the City of Vancouver shortly after is was ‘erected’, but now another statue has taken its place.

A small statue of a penguin wearing sunglasses and a bow tie was placed on the plinth sometime on Tuesday.

It is not known who put it there, but the City of Vancouver says it’s not going to stay.

“The statue is not a piece of City commissioned artwork and consequently it will be removed, however, the City will hold on to it for the owner to collect,” said the City of Vancouver in an email statement.
