WINNIPEG — A truck leaked diesel onto the road in the Assiniboia area of Winnipeg Wednesday evening.
The Winnipeg Fire Department’s hazmat unit was called to Setter Street off Sturgeon Avenue at around 8 p.m.

Sanding trucks were part of the clean-up efforts as the diesel slick was reportedly four feet wide. Setter was closed for part of Wednesday night.
No details on how long the clean up might take.
