The RCMP have arrested and charged a 27 year old Warman man for posting fraudulent ad’s on Kijiji.
Trevor Payne was advertising an acreage for sublet or rent in Warman.

Payne was requesting a large damage deposit from people who answered the ad but the problem was that Payne was currently in the eviction process from the same acreage when the landlord brought the ad to police.
Payne has been charged with theft under $5000, 4 counts of false pretences and 4 counts of fail to comply with judges recognizance.
Payne will be making his first court appearance today.
