WATCH: Bat wreaks havoc during live TV morning show

The hosts of Good Morning Tennessee were greeted by a surprise guest appearance Wednesday after a bat flew on to the set during a live news broadcast.

The bat caused chaos in the TV studio repeatedly dive-bombing the trio of anchors as they tried to keep their composure during the live segment.

“Did you see it? There it is again!” anchor Bo Williams shouted as he cringed in the anchor chair. “Man we’re all jumping around here.”

The encounter with the wild animal appeared to both frighten and energize the hosts.

“Man I could run a marathon right now,” said Williams.

While television studios may seem like a safe place for reporters, the animal kingdom always seems to find a way to rattle even the most seasoned veterans.
