One man is dead after his car was found flipped over in the shallow water of the Fraser River in Richmond Sunday night.
It happened just after 9:30 in the area of River Road and Nelson Avenue.

Witnesses rushed to pull two men from the car and started performing CPR.
The two men were taken to hospital from the crash.
The person believed to be the driver of the car has now died.
Collision analyst team was on scene to assist. The crash blocked traffic in the area for most of the night.
It is still not clear what caused it.
